Before You Bring a Battery In
Battery inspections and workshop visits are available by appointment.
Please contact us before bringing in any battery. This helps us understand the condition of the battery and ensure it can be handled safely when it arrives.
When contacting us, please include:
- Battery type and voltage if known
- What vehicle or device it is from
- Main issue or fault
- Whether it has been dropped or water damaged
- Whether it has shown heat, swelling, smoke or leakage
- Any charger or error information available
Important Safety Note
If your battery is swollen, leaking, smoking, unusually hot, burnt, or has a strong chemical smell, do not charge it and do not bring it into the workshop without contacting us first.
We will advise on the safest next step.
