LICENSED PERSONNEL

At PCL, we ensure that all our security staff are thoroughly vetted and hold valid SIA licenses. We carefully select our security guards to match the unique needs of each venue, ensuring a perfect fit. 

Our minimum requirements include a minimum age of 25 and at least 3 years of security experience. This way we ensure that we have experienced, polite, and professional staff who have encountered various situations and developed the skills to handle them effectively. 

We aim to reassure our customers that our security team is highly efficient and competent, surpassing the standards set by our competitors who often supply inexperienced personnel. Our goal is to deliver the best security services that exceed our customers’ expectations.

We offer flexible invoicing options, including weekly or monthly schedules with a 7-day payment window. We also provide our staff with comprehensive uniforms, curated to each venue’s unique theme and aesthetic, at no additional cost to our clients.
